Zhilei commenced his career within the judicial system, previously serving as a Public Prosecutor, where he worked at the forefront of criminal justice for years, forging an ultra-rigorous, prudent, and meticulous professional legal acumen. Subsequently, he served as the Head of Legal for multiple global Fortune 500 companies and large-scale foreign enterprises. He possesses acute insights into the operational logic, compliance pain points, and legal requirements of conglomerates, foreign entities, and leading private enterprises, and excels at balancing legal risks with commercial interests from a business development standpoint to provide professional, practical, and commercially grounded legal services.
