Feixian Shao joined Innotrack in 2018 and focuses on intellectual property law, with particular experience in mechanical engineering, automotive manufacturing, and related technical fields. His practice encompasses patent protection, patent prosecution, intellectual property risk analysis, and related legal matters.

Prior to entering the intellectual property field, Feixian worked in research and development in the automotive industry, where he acquired extensive technical knowledge and practical experience in mechanical engineering and automotive product development. His strong technical background enables him to understand complex technical solutions, identify key innovations, and assess intellectual property protection needs from both legal and technical perspectives. This combination of legal expertise and industry experience allows him to provide clients with practical and commercially oriented intellectual property advice.

Since joining Innotrack, Feixian has provided intellectual property services to clients in the mechanical engineering and automotive sectors. His work includes drafting patent applications and related legal documents, analyzing and responding to patent office actions, assessing patent scope and protection strategies, and handling legal matters arising throughout patent examination and grant proceedings.
