Following his graduation in 2007, he engaged in pre-sales and after-sales operations within the construction machinery industry, amassing a solid foundation of technical knowledge and rich industrial practice. He entered the intellectual property sector in 2010, qualified as a Patent Attorney in 2012, and currently serves as a Partner at Innotrack IP Law Firm.

Throughout his distinguished practice, Qingchao has deeply specialized in patent rights affirmation, enforcement, and dispute resolution. He has been deeply involved in handling a vast number of patent invalidation, patent reexamination, patent infringement analysis, and IP litigation cases. He possesses formidable capabilities in technical fact analysis and legal issue evaluation across high-tech sectors such as mechanical equipment, automotive manufacturing, smart terminals, and novel materials. Concurrently, he provides long-term corporate services in patent risk early-warning, infringement analysis, patent mining, and high-value patent portfolio layout, empowering enterprises to construct formidable IP competitive advantages.

His diverse corporate clientele spans automotive manufacturing, high-end equipment, energy and chemical industries, and internet technology, prominently including industry giants such as Foton Motor, BYD, Zoomlion, Sinopec Research Institute of Petroleum Processing (RIPP), Tunghsu Group, Xiaomi, and Meituan.
